“Laura is an amazing, non-judgmental trainer that listens to her clients and helps them meet their goals in a healthy way. She worked with me for three months to improve my fitness between half marathons. With her guidance, I was able to knock a full minute of my pace, and this was going from a pancake-flat course with ideal weather in November to an extremely hilly course in the rain in March. Be prepared to be pushed. She sees what are a capable of, even when you don’t.”
